sec.153 Term of appointment
A council member is appointed for the term, of not more than 4 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment. Subsection (1) does not prevent a council member from being reappointed. (sec.153-ssec.1) A council member is appointed for the term, of not more than 4 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment.
