sec.149 Direction by Minister
The Minister may, after consulting with the council, give the council a written direction about a matter relevant to the performance of the council’s functions. However, the Minister may not give a direction under subsection (1) about a particular person, application or proceeding. The council must comply with a direction given under subsection (1) . s 149 amd 2025 No. 21 s 22 (sec.149-ssec.1) The Minister may, after consulting with the council, give the council a written direction about a matter relevant to the performance of the council’s functions.
