sec.12 Who is an owner of a pharmacy business
A person is an owner of a pharmacy business if the person owns the business— solely; or jointly with 1 or more other persons, including, for example, in a partnership.
- (a) solely; or
- (b) jointly with 1 or more other persons, including, for example, in a partnership.
