4 Definitions
In this instrument:
Act means the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
Department means the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts.
DITRDCSA means the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts
SOETM means Services for Other Entities and Trust Moneys.
