57 Notices and requests from the Designated Authorities
(1) A notice or request issued by a Designated Authority before 1 January 2005, and not complied with before that date, continues in force as if it had been issued by the Safety Authority on the date that it was issued by the Designated Authority.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not affect the period for compliance with the notice or request.
