21 Recording and reporting arrangements

The environment plan must include arrangements for –

(a) recording, monitoring and reporting information about the petroleum activity, including information required to be recorded under the Act, sufficient to enable the Minister to determine whether the environmental performance objectives and environmental performance standards in the environment plan are met; and

(b) reporting to the Minister at intervals agreed with the Minister, but not less often than annually.
