89 Minister not liable to certain actions Subject to section 88, neither the Minister nor a person acting under his direction or authority is liable to an action, suit or proceeding for or in respect of an act or matter bona fide done or omitted to be done in exercise or purported exercise of any power or authority conferred by this Division.
