70 Conditions of pipeline licence (1) A pipeline licence may be granted subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit and specifies in the pipeline licence.
Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1981 72 (2) The conditions referred to in subsection (1) may include a condition that the pipeline licensee shall complete the construction of the pipeline within the period specified in the pipeline licence.
