54 Application for renewal of licence (1) A licensee may, from time to time, make an application to the Minister for the renewal of a licence. (2) An application for the renewal of a licence: manner not less than 6 months before the day on which the licence ceases to be in force; (c) shall be accompanied by particulars of the proposals of the licensee for work and expenditure in respect of the licence area; and (3) The Minister may receive an application for the renewal of a licence less than 6 months before, but not in any case after, the day on which the licence ceases to be in force.
