30 Application for renewal of permit (1) Subject to section 31, a permittee may, from time to time, make an application to the Minister for the renewal of the permit in respect of such of the blocks the subject of the permit as are specified in the

Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1981 26 (2) An application for the renewal of a permit: manner not less than 3 months before the date of expiration of the permit; and (c) shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee. (3) The Minister may receive an application for the renewal of a permit less than 3 months before, but not in any case after, the date of expiration of the permit.
