20 Advertisement of blocks (1) The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette: (a) invite applications for the grant of a permit in respect of the block or blocks specified in the instrument; and (b) specify a period within which applications may be made. (2) The Minister may, in a notice published under subsection (1), direct that section 21(2) or (3) does not apply, or that both of those subsections do not apply, to or in relation to the applications.
