168 Protection from liability (1) This section applies to a person who is or has been: (a) the Safety Authority; (b) the CEO; (c) an OHS inspector; or (d) a person acting under the direction or authority of the Safety Authority or CEO.
Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1981 155 (2) The person is not civilly or criminally liable for an act done or omitted to be done by the person in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of a power, or the performance or purported performance of a function, under a listed OHS law.
