15 Public servants performing functions under Commonwealth Act An employee of the Public Service shall perform any function which the Minister, as the Designated Authority in respect of the Principal Northern Territory PSL area, or as a member of the Joint Authority, requires him to perform in relation to the Commonwealth Act.
