14 Delegations under Commonwealth Act Where, in the exercise of a power which the Commonwealth Act is expressed to confer upon the Designated Authority in respect of the Principal Northern Territory PSL area, the Minister delegates a power to a person who is an employee of the Public Service or who holds any office in the service of the Territory, the person may exercise the power so delegated in an instrument of delegation.
