#### 95 Date of the effect of surrender etc. of permits etc. (2) The surrender or cancellation of a permit, lease or licence as to all or some of the blocks in the permit area, lease area or licence area has effect on and from the day on which notice of the surrender or cancellation is published in the Gazette. (2A) The surrender or cancellation of an infrastructure licence has effect on and from the day on which notice of the surrender or cancellation is published in the Gazette. (3) The surrender or cancellation of a pipeline licence as to the whole or a part of the pipeline has effect on and from the day on which notice of the surrender or cancellation is published in the Gazette. (4) A variation of a licence, infrastructure licence or or pipeline licence has effect on and from the day on which notice of the variation is published in the Gazette.
