94 Notice of grants of permits etc. to be published
The Designated Authority shall cause notice of, and such particulars as he thinks fit of: (a) the grant of a permit, lease, licence, infrastructure licence or pipeline licence; and (aa) the renewal of a permit, lease or licence; and (b) the variation of a licence, infrastructure licence or pipeline licence; and (c) the surrender or cancellation of a permit, lease or licence as to all or some of the blocks in the permit area, lease area or licence area; and (ca) the surrender or cancellation of an infrastructure licence; and (d) the determination of a permit or lease as to a block or blocks; and (e) an application for a pipeline licence or for a variation of a pipeline licence; and (f) the surrender or cancellation of a pipeline licence as to the whole or part of the pipeline; and (g) the expiry of a permit, lease or licence, or the termination of a licence, infrastructure licence or pipeline licence, to be published in the Gazette.
