#### 90 Offences A person shall not: (a) make, cause to be made or concur in making a false entry in a Register; or (b) produce or tender in evidence a document falsely purporting to be a copy of or extract from an entry in a Register or of or from an instrument lodged with the Designated Authority under this Division. Penalty: 50 penalty units.
