88Appeals

#### 88 Appeals (1) The Supreme Court may, on the application of a person aggrieved by: (a) the omission of an entry from a Register; (b) an entry made in a Register without sufficient cause; (c) an entry wrongly existing in a Register; or (d) an error or defect in an entry in a Register; make such order as it thinks fit directing the rectification of the Register. (2) The Supreme Court may, in proceedings under this section, decide any question that it is necessary or expedient to decide in connexion with the rectification of the Register. (3) Notice of an application under this section shall be given to the Designated Authority concerned, who may appear and be heard and shall appear if so directed by the Supreme Court. (4) An office copy of an order made by the Supreme Court may be served on the Designated Authority, and the Designated Authority shall, upon receipt of the order, rectify the Register accordingly.
