#### 83 Designated Authority not concerned with certain matters The Joint Authority, the Designated Authority, and any person acting under the direction or authority of the Joint Authority or the Designated Authority, are not concerned with the effect in law of an instrument lodged in pursuance of this Division, nor does the approval of a transfer or dealing give to the transfer or dealing any force, effect or validity that the transfer or dealing would not have had if this Division had not been enacted.
