#### 70 Conditions of pipeline licence (1) A pipeline licence may be granted subject to such conditions as the Joint Authority thinks fit and are specified in the pipeline licence. (2) The conditions referred to in subsection (1) may include a condition that the pipeline licensee shall complete the construction of the pipeline within the period specified in the pipeline licence.
