#### 59B Application for infrastructure licence (1) A person may apply to the Designated Authority in respect of an adjacent area or a part of an adjacent area for the grant by the Joint Authority in respect of the adjacent area or the part of an adjacent area of an infrastructure licence. (2) The application: (a) is to be made in an approved manner; and (b) is to be accompanied by particulars of the proposals of the applicant for the construction and operation of facilities at a place in an adjacent area, or a part of an adjacent area, being a place described in the application; and (c) may set out any other matters that the applicant wishes to be considered; and (d) is to be accompanied by the prescribed fee. (3) The Designated Authority may, at any time, by written notice served on the applicant, require the applicant to give, within the period stated in the notice, further written information in connection with the application.
