#### 59A Construction etc. of infrastructure facilities
A person must not, in the adjacent area:
(a) begin or continue the construction, or the alteration or reconstruction, of any infrastructure facilities; or
(b) operate any infrastructure facilities;
except:
(c) under and in accordance with an infrastructure licence; or
(d) as otherwise permitted by this Part.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years.
