#### 56 Conditions of licences (1) A licence may be granted subject to such conditions as the Joint Authority thinks fit and are specified in the licence. (2) A licence to which the Royalty Act applies (whether granted before or after the commencement of this subsection) shall be deemed to contain a condition that the licensee will comply with the provisions of the Royalty Act, as in force from time to time.
