27AExemptions

#### 27A Exemptions (1) The Safety Authority may, in accordance with the regulations, make a written order exempting a specified person from any or all of the provisions of this Part (other than this clause). > Note: For specification by class, see subsection 46(2) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. (2) The Safety Authority must not make an order under subclause (1) unless it is satisfied on reasonable grounds that it is impracticable for the person to comply with the provision or provisions. (3) An order under subclause (1) is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
