#### 150YU Liability to taxation (1) The Safety Authority is not subject to taxation under the laws of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory. (2) However, the regulations may provide that subsection (1) does not apply in relation to a specified law of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory. > Note: For specification by class, see subsection 46(2) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
