150YIConsultants and persons seconded to the Safety Authority

#### 150YI Consultants and persons seconded to the Safety Authority (1) The CEO may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage consultants to perform services for the Safety Authority in connection with the performance of any of its functions or the exercise of any of its powers. (2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons engaged under subsection (1) are such as the CEO determines in writing. (3) The Safety Authority may also be assisted: (a) by officers and employees of Agencies (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999), and of authorities of the Commonwealth; or (b) by officers and employees of, or of authorities of, a State or the Northern Territory; whose services are made available to the Safety Authority in connection with the performance of any of its functions or the exercise of any of its powers.
