#### 150XZ Working with the Board (1) The CEO must request the Board’s advice on strategic matters relating to the performance of the Safety Authority’s functions. (2) The CEO must have regard to the advice given to him or her by the Board (whether or not the advice was given in response to a request). (3) The CEO must: (a) keep the Board informed of the Safety Authority’s operations; and (b) give the Board such reports, documents and information in relation to those operations as the Chair of the Board requires. (4) The CEO may attend Board meetings as an observer (including by telephone or other means).
