#### 150XS Leave of absence of Board members (1) The Commonwealth Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair of the Board on the terms and conditions that the Commonwealth Minister determines. (2) The Chair of the Board may grant leave of absence to another Board member on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
