#### 150A Application of Part This Part applies in respect of: (a) information given to the Designated Authority after the commencement of this Part; and (b) petroleum mining samples given to the Designated Authority at any time whether before or after the commencement of this Part. > Note: Section 118 of this Act as previously in force continues to apply in respect of information given to the Designated Authority before the commencement of this Part (see item 142 of Schedule 1 to the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Amendment Act (No. 1) 2000).
