#### 13B List of health and safety representatives The operator of a facility must: (a) prepare and keep up to date a list of all the health and safety representatives of designated work groups comprising members of the workforce performing work at the facility; and (b) ensure that the list is available for inspection, at all reasonable times, by: (i) the members of the workforce at the facility; and (ii) OHS inspectors.
