#### 139 No conditions as to payment of moneys Except as provided by an Act with which this Act is incorporated, there shall not be included in a permit, lease, licence, pipeline licence or other instrument a condition requiring the payment of money to the Designated Authority, the Joint Authority or the Commonwealth.
