#### 120 Discovery and use of water Where water is discovered in a permit area, a lease area or a licence area, the permittee, lessee or licensee, as the case may be, shall, within a period of one month after the date of the discovery, furnish to the Designated Authority, in writing, particulars of the discovery. Penalty: 100 penalty units.
