#### 11A Disposition of interests etc. of franchisor (1) A franchisor in relation to a franchise agreement shall not grant or transfer any interest in any marketing premises to which the agreement relates, or assign any of its rights under the agreement, to a person other than the franchisee if, as a result of the grant, transfer or assignment, this Act would, by virtue of the operation of paragraph 6(1)(a) or subparagraph 6(1)(b)(ii), cease to apply in relation to the agreement, whether wholly or so far only as it relates to any particular marketing premises. (2) A purported grant, transfer or assignment in contravention of subsection (1) is void to the extent that it would have a result referred to in that subsection.
