#### 6 Termination of use of property in relation to a petroleum project For the purposes of this Act: (a) a termination of the use of all property in relation to a petroleum project shall be taken to occur where the production licence or all of the production licences in relation to the project cease to be in force; and (b) no termination of the use of property in relation to a petroleum project shall be taken to occur by reason of the specifying of the production licence or production licences in relation to the project in a project combination certificate.
