Subdivision 1 in relation to the access agreement. (3) The request must be made to the CEO in an approved form. (4) The CEO may, on a request being made under subregulation (3), appoint an authorised officer to conduct a conference between the relevant parties. (5) The authorised officer appointed to conduct the conference must take reasonable steps to convene the conference as quickly as possible.
