Part 2of the Petroleum (Environment) Regulations 2016:

Part 2 of the Petroleum (Environment) Regulations 2016: (a) an additional monitoring and compliance levy is payable in relation to the activity; and (b) the monitoring and compliance levy must be paid within 30 days after the approval is given; and (c) subject to the operation of Schedule 4A, those activities will be taken into account for the ensuing financial year.
