9 Native title holders and claimants (1) Nothing in this Part requires an access agreement to be entered into with a native title holder or registered native title claimant in relation to any land. (2) A reference in this Part to an owner or occupier of land is taken not to include a reference to a native title holder or registered native title claimant.
