72 Application of provisions of Act For section 119(14)(a) of the Act, the following provisions of the Act extend to and in relation to a lease referred to in section 119(1) of the Act: (a) section 6A; (b) section 15A; (c) section 57AAE; (d) section 57ABA; (e) section 57AB; (f) Part III, Division 1, Subdivisions 2 and 3; (g) section 64; (h) section 69A;

Division 3 Application of Act to leases granted under repealed Act Petroleum Regulations 2020 66 (i) section 75; (j) Part III, Divisions 6, 7, 8 and 9; (k) Parts V and VA; (l) Parts VC, VD, VE and VF; (m) Part VI, other than sections 118 and 119. Note for paragraph (a)
