66Z Release of information by Minister For section 62A(8)(d) of the Act, the Minister is authorised to release information if it: (a) was acquired under Part 5E; or (b) is being released with the consent of the person who provided the information; or (c) has already been published by the person who provided the information, or by another person. 66ZA Surrender For section 73(5)(c) of the Act, the following is prescribed: (a) a statement estimating the remaining petroleum resources present in each petroleum pool in the proposed surrender area, including the data, assumptions and methodologies on which those estimates are based; (b) a list of all reports and samples that are still to be submitted under Part III, Division 1, Subdivision 3 of the Act.
