66Y Release of samples by Minister For section 61L(9) of the Act, the Minister may release a sample, or a part of a sample: (a) for a sample obtained from a well at the time of drilling – when the final well completion report is released by the Minister under section 61K(9) of the Act, or at a later time; or (b) for a sample obtained from a well after rig release – at any time after the final well completion report is released by the Minister under section 61K(9) of the Act; or (c) at any time: (i) with the written consent of the permittee or licensee; or (ii) after the permittee or licensee has published details of the sample.
