66V CEO to be given copy of notice (1) A person must give notice to the CEO, in accordance with subregulation (2), when the person gives a notice to a designated person under this Part. (2) The notice must be given by providing the CEO with a copy of the relevant notice within 7 days after the notice is given to the designated person. (3) A person commits an offence if the person does not give notice in accordance with this regulation. (4) An offence against subregulation (3) is an offence of strict liability.
