66N Offences relating to reporting and record retention (1) A person commits an offence if the person is required to give a report or notification, or any other information, to the Minister under this Part and the person contravenes that requirement. (2) A person commits an offence if the person is required to keep a record or report under regulation 66M(3) and the person (3) An offence against subregulation (1) or (2) is an offence of strict liability.
