50 CEO to be notified of certain steps and occurrences (1) A person must give notice to the CEO, in accordance with subregulation (2), when the person: (a) gives a negotiation notice under regulation 15; or (b) gives a notice seeking an ADR process under regulation 18 or 37; or (c) makes an application to the Tribunal under regulation 29 or 40; or (d) gives a notice under regulation 52(1) or 54(1). (2) The notice must be given by providing the CEO with a copy of the relevant notice or application within 7 days after the notice is given or the application is made (as the case may be).

Petroleum Regulations 2020 33 (3) A person commits an offence if the person does not give notice in accordance with this regulation. (4) An offence against subregulation (3) is an offence of strict liability.
