43 Functions of authorised officers An authorised officer may, at the request of a party or parties to an approved access agreement: (a) conduct an inspection on the land where regulated operations have been, or are being, carried out in order to assess compliance with the provisions of the agreement; or (b) conduct a conference to assist in the resolution of a dispute between 2 or more parties to the agreement.
