36 Certification of matters recorded on register (1) On application by a person, the Minister may produce: (a) a certified copy of any document or instrument that has been registered on the register; or (b) a certificate recording information that has been recorded or included on the register.

Petroleum Regulations 2020 24 (2) Subregulation (1) does not extend to the provision of: (a) an access agreement that is registered on the register; or (b) any other document, instrument or information that the Minister considers should be kept confidential. (3) An application under subregulation (1) must: (b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
