35 Inspection of register (1) Subject to subregulation (2), a person is entitled to inspect the register in a manner approved by the Minister. (2) Subregulation (1) does not extend to the inspection of: (a) an access agreement that is registered on the register; or (b) any other document, instrument or information that the Minister considers should be kept confidential. (3) An application under subregulation (1) must: (b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
