##### 66A. Persons concerned in commission of offences Without limiting section 7 of *The Criminal Code*, a person who by act or omission is in any way directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in the commission of any offence under this Act shall be deemed to have committed that offence and shall be punishable accordingly. [Section 66A inserted: No. 12 of 1990 s. 157; amended: No. 13 of 2005 s. 31.]
