Minister not concerned with certain matters Neither the Minister nor a person acting under the direction or authority of the Minister is concerned with the effect in law of any instrument lodged with the Minister in pursuance of this Part, nor does the approval of a transfer or dealing give to the transfer or dealing any force, effect or validity that the transfer or dealing would not have had if this Part had not been enacted.
