29Licence fees

##### 29. Licence fees (1) There is payable to the Minister by a licensee, in respect of each year of the term of a licence, a licence fee of the prescribed amount in respect of each kilometre or portion of a kilometre of the length of the pipeline on the first day of that year. (2) A fee referred to in subsection (1) is payable within one month after — (a) in the case of the first year of the term of the licence the day on which that term commenced; and (b) in the case of a year of the term of a licence other than the first — the anniversary of that day.
