#### 82 Clearing away of petroleum plant 82 Clearing away of petroleum plant > > (1) The holder of a petroleum title over land that ceases to be subject to the petroleum title— > > > > > (a) may, within the prescribed period, and > > > > > (b) must, if directed to do so by the Minister by notice in writing, within the period specified in the notice, > > > > cause to be removed from the land any petroleum plant brought on to, or erected on, that land in the course of drilling operations carried out under the petroleum title. > > > (2) The Minister may give a direction under this section even though the prescribed period has not expired.
